Projects

From Tools to Communities: Ongoing Projects

Our projects span product development, content creation, and community experiments. Some are tools you can use today, others are long-term, subscription-backed explorations. This page will be continuously updated as new experiments and milestones go live.

01Flow Creation OS

Standardized flows and knowledge base for creators and organizers

01Flow is a workflow system that connects 'ideas → experiments → product/content → community'. We convert real-world docs, templates, post-mortems and SOPs into reusable 'flow modules', reducing the friction of starting from scratch each time.

We currently focus on three tracks: long-term publishing for content creators, the 0→1 journey for indie hackers, and how community founders can grow from a tiny group into a sustainable tribe.

BIP Subscription Reality Show

A serialised, followable show of the startup journey

On public platforms we showcase key milestones and demos. Inside the subscriber space, we document everything: the first idea, the first line of code, pivots, failures, and commercialization attempts. You see the real journey instead of polished success stories only.

  • Monthly themes: Vibe Coding month, community experiments month, etc.
  • Public updates on the big picture, private feeds for details and decisions
  • Exploring long-term brand/tool partnerships instead of one-off ads

Community Tribes & Hubs

Inspired by Vitalik’s ideas on Zuzalu, digital tribes and experimental zones, we’re connecting online communities and physical locations to prototype new forms of small-scale, meaningful communities.

  • City micro-hubs: sustainable, interest-based physical spaces
  • Hybrid cadence of pop-up gatherings and long-term presence
  • Toolbox for tribes: flows, templates, content and knowledge

Collaboration & Co-building

If you’re a brand, tool builder or community organizer, we welcome collaborations that go beyond ads – we want to genuinely use your product in long-term projects, co-create stories and battle-tested use cases.

You can share your project via the Contact page, and we’ll reach out when there’s a good fit with our ongoing experiments.
