Join Us to Design the Next Generation of Creation & Communities

NestFlow Labs is a compact team and we’re always open to collaborators who care about BIP, community experiments, AI tools and content creation. We welcome full-time, part-time, remote, and project-based collaboration, focusing on long-term mutual growth rather than short-term staffing.

Our People Philosophy

  • We value people who run experiments in the real world – willing to start from zero, embrace uncertainty, and share their learning journey openly.
  • We care more about your work than your resume: projects you’ve built, content you’ve published, communities you’ve organized.
  • We welcome multi-hyphen careers – many people here are simultaneously creators, developers, operators and community stewards.

What We Offer

  • Remote-friendly, flexible hours, and high-trust collaboration
  • Involvement in full 0→1 project journeys, not just isolated tasks
  • Public projects and content assets strongly associated with your name
  • First-hand experience and network in BIP and community experiments

Open Directions

Product & Engineering Collaborator

Hands-on fullstack / frontend / agent builders

Help design and ship 01Flow, internal tools and experimental products. We care about your ability to start from user stories and community needs, not just feature delivery.

Content & Narrative Designer

Long-form writing, scripts, community newsletters

Co-design the narrative structure of the 'subscription reality show': topics, pacing, editing scripts and deep interaction with subscribers.

Community & Tribe Steward

Online community and offline hubs

Help incubate small tribes, pop-up cities and long-term experimental zones; design events, rituals and collaboration structures that make people feel they truly belong.

How to Reach Out

We don’t have a complex hiring pipeline. If you’d like to work with us, simply use the Contact page and tell us what you’re working on, what you care about, and 1–3 links to work you’re proud of.

We’ll reach out when there’s a good match with an upcoming project. Starting with a small collaboration is often the best way to get to know each other.
