NestFlow Labs: Turning Startup Journeys into a Subscription Reality Show

NestFlow Labs is an experimental studio built around Build in Public and subscription-based content. Instead of only showing polished outcomes, we continuously document the full journey from zero to one – exploration, failure, iteration, and commercialization. By turning the startup journey into a 'subscription reality show', we aim to offer creators and community builders a more sustainable way to grow.

Our Journey: From Idea to Lab

The experiment started from a simple question: if we are no longer forced to chase algorithms and short-term traffic, and can rely on subscriptions for stable cash flow, what would we create? The answer: honest records of exploration. In 2025 we proposed the 'BIP Subscription Reality Show' concept and began experimenting across product development, content creation, and community building.

Today NestFlow Labs is both a product studio and a long-running public experiment. We regularly launch new projects – from Vibe Coding to AI Agent experiments and community-building initiatives – and share the entire process transparently with subscribers and the public.

Core Experiments We Run

  • BIP Subscription Reality ShowA continuous reality-show-style log around a concrete product or theme (such as the 01Flow creation OS), where subscribers see decisions, failures, and iterations in real time.
  • Vibe Coding & AI FlowsExploring a more chill way to code in the age of AI – using agents, automations, and standardized flows to remove repetitive work so creators can focus on imagination and judgement.
  • Community & Tribe ExperimentsInspired by experiments like Zuzalu, we explore how small communities, local hubs and online tribes can emerge – and how to support them with tools, methods and content.

Our Culture

We believe living culture is not what’s printed on the wall, but how we work, iterate and make decisions every day.

Build in Public

As long as privacy and sensitive data are protected, we share as much as possible – from product decisions to business experiments and post-mortems.

Community-First Thinking

We care not only about product metrics, but whether a product helps form a real tribe – shared language, shared projects, and sustainable connections.

Long-Term, Fast Iteration

We are willing to pursue a direction for years, but still expect visible weekly progress – new experiments, content drops or product releases.

Tech for Positive-Sum

For both AI tools and community experiments, we ask whether they expand individual agency and options, instead of creating new forms of exploitation.
